RideLink Group Account Deletion

Users may request deletion of their RideLink Group account and associated data.

How to request deletion

Send an email to:

support@ridelinkgroup.com

Subject:
Account Deletion Request

Include:
- Your RideLink Group account email address

Data that will be deleted:
- User profile
- Account information
- Trip participation data
- Chat messages
- Location data associated with trips
- Push notification tokens

Data that may be retained:
- Security logs
- Fraud prevention records
- Information required by law

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
